Anne Miles,
Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator

Whether it's fielding your first phone call, arranging your consultation, scheduling your surgery, or assisting you with post-op care, Anne is there to assist you every step of the way toward "Realizing Your Dream". As the Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator for Heartland Cosmetic Surgery, Anne will help ensure that your whole cosmetic surgery experience is comfortable, confident, and enjoyable. With years of experience in customer relations, and beauty consulting, Anne is one of our most valuable assets at Heartland Cosmetic Surgery. Her broad smile and happy demeanor will brighten your day.

Anne is originally from Topeka, and attended Kansas State University. She is married, has two children, and traveled extensively before settling in Salina in 1999. She enjoys running, outdoor activities, watching sports, and spending time with her family.

Susan Rosenberger, R.N.
Operating Room Supervisor

From the pre-op area to the recovery room, Susan runs every aspect of our state-of-the-art surgery center at Heartland Cosmetic Surgery. A graduate of Kansas Wesleyan University with an associates degree in nursing in 1995, Susan had extensive operating room experience at Salina Regional Health Center. She joined Heartland Cosmetic Surgery in 2005 after being hand selected unanimously by the medical staff for this unique position.

Susan was born and raised on a farm in Greensburg, Kansas, and attended Colby Community College where she graduated with an associate degree in veterinary technology in 1980. After working in veterinary care for a number of years, she pursued her nursing degree at Kansas Wesleyan University. Susan has two daughters and two granddaughters. She believes that "raising children has been the best thing that has ever happened to me." She lives in the country on five acres with her teenage daughter and keeps busy doing yard work, flower gardening, attending her daughter's sports events, and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoys music, pets, church, cooking, craft projects, and visiting her parents in Greensburg.

Matt Lichtenwalter
MedSurg Assistant

As one of Dr. Hendrick's surgical assistants, Matt's best work for you is often done behind the scenes. Besides being a medical assistant and certified nurses' assistant, Matt is a certified EMT, volunteer firefighter, and rescue squad SCUBA diver.

Matt grew up in Lexington, Nebraska, where he graduated from Lexington High School. He completed his EMT training in Phillipsburg, Kansas, and his certified nurses' aide training at Colby Community College. A former machinist and experienced welder, Matt has parlayed his hand/eye skills in the medical surgical field since 2004.

Matt is married and lives in Minneapolis with his wife and family. He enjoys working with automobiles and drag races and holds the world land speed record on Bonneville Salt Flats for 1994.

Jodi Smith
Administrative Asst/Patient Coordinator

Your first contact with Heartland Cosmetic Surgery will undoubtedly involve Jodi Smith. Whether she is the first friendly voice you hear or the first smiling face you see, Jodi is ready to welcome you into our practice.

This native Kansan was raised in western Kansas, but now lives in Salina with her extended family. Jodi came to Heartland Cosmetic Surgery with an extensive background in customer relations and is personally dedicated to helping create a positive cosmetic surgical experience for our patients.

Jodi is married and has one daughter. She enjoys spending time with her family and watching sports.

Connie Karber
Business Manager

Connie handles the business side of Heartland Cosmetic Surgery. A lifelong Kansan, Connie grew up in the small towns of Galva and Assaria and attended high school at South-East of Saline High School near Salina. Connie graduated as a Deans Honor Roll student from Fort Hays State University with a degree in Office Administration. She has worked as a medical practice Office Manager for over 20 years and has managed the office for Heartland Cosmetic Surgery since the practice opened in 1999.

Connie is married, has two children, and enjoys walking, helping with scouts, children's activities, and being a mom and wife.
